She works with our staff and the venue’s staff so the host can focus on engaging with participants, ensuring an unforgettable experience. While participants are busy enjoying the activities, they have no idea about the magic happening off-stage. “If any bumps arise, I’m there smoothing them out with a smile so no one even notices,” she shares.
