Team Building Questions

When participants arrive at the venue—whether it’s a San Diego beach, park, or corporate office—our team greets everyone with music playing in the background. We quickly organize teams and get right into the action, skipping awkward ice breakers. After approximately 90 minutes of fun team building games, we award the champions with tiny trophies.

As guests log in, they’re welcomed with music and a friendly greeting. Teams are quickly formed behind the scenes. Participants then “breakout” into private rooms to get acquainted with their teammates. We combine large group activities with private room discussions for a perfectly balanced, fun virtual event.

Our Southern California services include a variety of in-person team building games like our Game Show, Leisure Games, Game Night, In It To Win It, Field Day, and Sandcastle Wars. For those who can’t make it to San Diego, we also offer virtual team building options: Virtual Game Show, Virtual Game Night, and Virtual In It To Win It.

We’re based in San Diego , but serve Southern California and beyond. We bring our team building activities to your location, be it a hotel, park, or office. Our virtual services are available globally.

We cater to all group sizes, big or small. While there’s no minimum or maximum, we recommend at least 15 participants for an effective team building experience. Our events typically range from small teams of 15 to 30 people, up to large gatherings of 150 or more.

Most events are scheduled for 2 hours. This includes a 15-minute warm-up, 90 minutes of team building games, and a 15-minute grand finale with an awards ceremony. If your schedule is tight, we adjust the timing to fit your needs.

We bring the fun to you and host events indoors and outdoors at hotels, restaurants, parks, beaches, and just about any other venue including your office. We also provide virtual events across the globe anytime during the day or night.
